1) Okay, so, yes, clearly pseudonanowrimo did not work out. Stupid November. Am still plugging away at the epic, trying not to be waylaid by any of the (many) worse ideas for how the story could have gone that would, you know, require me to rewrite the whole thing. Because no.


2) Heeeeeey, so Friday's episode!

Hey! The kid from Undeclared is Charlie's new protege holy crap BOYFRIEND. I mean. Did I hallucinate that? Or does Charlie just want to take him home and BLOW HIM? ...Because I find that I am kind of TOTALLY OKAY WITH THAT.

And speaking of people Charlie wants to blow--how much did I LOVE that last lingering look between Don and Charlie? GUH.

Also, Megan: Blazing Saddles. Red cowgirl pajamas. Red cowgirl pajamas which with Larry is familiar. ALL VERY YAY.

Less yay: Colby's multi-episode streak of "I just don't know what Megan sees in the guy." They're either setting up a big old "I told you so" on Colby's part, or, worse, they're setting up some kind of trainwrecky jealousy love triangle thing. Which I would be ALL OVER in fic, but I suspect that on the show it's less likely to be resolved by a) Colby having a lot of hot sex with David and forgetting all about that Megan fixation or b) FBI orgy, math/physics geeks optional.

More yay: Footchase! Colby a) STILL bitching about suspects who run and b) running with his coffee cup in hand until they passed a trash can. Because Colby is just. that. conscientious. And David being all improvisational! And all RAR!

Also, David's little LOOK after Colby explained the whole bitch tits phenomenon. Almost made the appearance from Colby "PSA" Granger worth it. (Colby: seriously, buddy, we know. Steroids are bad, especially for teenagers. Yes, we know. It's okay.)
