I'm not actually finished with DEADLINE but I have, crucially, read past page 338 and I need to squee NOW oh my GOD.

There's a pretty nifty book trailer for the books, although a) I don't think Shaun's voice really sounds like that and b) pfft, like the zombies are actually the point.)

Because. Okay. Here is my thing.
Shaun and George in FEED and for the first three hundred pages of DEADLINE were ALREADY the most totally incestuous sibling OTP imaginable. They just were. Their lives were so utterly, entirely, til-something-way-worse-than-death-do-
BUT NOW! NOW! Now we find out that George and Shaun were not so entirely the sad, post-apocalyptic wire-cage monkeys that they could have been that they missed out on the orgasms. :D There were sexytiems! There were actual for real sexytiems. Possibly, Shaun being how he is, there are STILL SEXYTIEMS.
I WANT ALL THE SHAUN/GEORGE FIC, IS WHAT I AM SAYING HERE. AND BY FIC I MEAN PORN, WITH A SIDE OF CUDDLES. ALL OF IT. FOREVER. BUT I AM WILLING TO WAIT UNTIL YULETIDE IF I HAVE TO.
I just. I mean. There is NO OTHER FANDOM where fucking your brother actually is, ultimately, the life-affirming and happiest-available choice. But oh my God. SHAUN. AND GEORGE. AND SHAUN/GEORGE. AND. YES. CANON. YES FOREVER. ♥ ♥ ♥
