yuletide assignments went out today, which means it's open season on Christmas music! Yay Christmas music! Yay Christmas!

Yay Yuletide! I think I know exactly what I'm doing for my assignment now (I tend to think fast, and, uh, perhaps a little obsessively), I just hope it works. And that my recipient likes it. And things.

And if you are writing for me, dear yuletide santa, well. First of all, yay! You share at least one of my wacky fandoms with me! I hope you're excited about writing it, and I hope you'll have fun--I think I tried to say so in my requests, but to reiterate: I'm happiest with slash, but gen is also wonderful and welcome for any of those fandoms and characters. So don't freak out, and I'm sure I'll love it!

Also, holy crap, I am driving up to Michigan next week. And then driving back down here a few days later.

Also also, everyone pining for Kitchen Confidential: check out this myspace.com page. What's streaming in that little window, as far as I can tell, is episode six, "The Rabbit Test." And don't freak out too much over the character you don't recognize - she'll be introduced in episode five. When and if it ever airs and/or is released on DVD.
