Sometimes, the Google text ads at the top of my gmail inbox make me really happy.
A few months ago, they led me to The Purple Line, the proposed circle line on the DC Metro system, the very idea of which had me in paroxysms of public-transit-dork delight.
But that's nothing to this Wired article, which it offered me today: Taste Networking for Better Porn
Of course, if I think too hard about how gmail divined my interest in the topic from an inbox full of emails from my parents and professors, it's going to take some of the joy out of this...
