I realize that this episode is, from the title on down, a great big ball of EVERYTHING I LOVE WRAPPED UP IN A SHINY BOW, but OH MY GOD THAT WAS AWESOME. THAT WAS SO AWESOME. WAS THAT THE AWESOMEST AWESOME THING THAT EVER AWESOMED, Y/MFY?

The banter! The incredible production values! The creepy/not-creepy/wtf little girl! ALEX KINGSTON ILU WHO ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU? THE BOOKS, THE MILES AND MILES AND ENTIRE PLANET FULL OF BOOKS. DONNA NOBLE, KICKING IN DOORS. THE DOCTOR BEING ALL DOCTOR-Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...yeah, that's all I got, just sheer unadulterated glee. And a tiny hint of suspicion that they knew how much we would love this episode, and announced Moffat taking over so that we would all see this and go HELL YEAH I WANT THIS GUY IN CHARGE, SIGN ME RIGHT UP FOR SERIES FIVE. But I'm pretty much okay with that. Obviously.
