I'm back in Wisconsin now, after spending yesterday and most of the day before at the hospital with my dad (and mom, and brother #3). Dad's recovering rapidly, and looks to be heading home tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who's been thinking of him (and us)--as reginagiraffe is fond of phrasing it, the statistics seem to be falling our way this time, and for that I am truly grateful.


I spent my downtime this weekend reading my way through the Lord Peter Wimsey short stories and debating summaries with my betas, which both turned out to be excellent distractions. ♥
