Help, help, I'm ... bored at work.

I feel moderately certain that I did not hallucinate the existence of a longish Jared/Jensen story where one of them wakes up ten years in the future and they're together (in the future) and it's, you know, like that Nicolas Cage movie except without Nicolas Cage.

Does anybody know where I can find it, if indeed it exists?
