Pros WTF? moment

Bodie, unable to locate Doyle, jumps into the car, picks up the radio, and says, "three-seven to two-four, I'm at four-five's house and I can't find him," or something very much to that effect, and dispatch replies:

"that's right, three-six is on his way to meet a contact."

So, er, I know Doyle is agent 4.5 - where is this 3.6 business coming from? Does Bodie double as 4.4 or something as well?
