It's either one of those fourteen-word stories, or a very poorly constructed Numb3rs haiku.
For his tenth birthday, Don
gave Charlie Ender's Game. Later,
Charlie assured him: "Valentine."
Had a three day weekend that tried very hard to pretend to last only one and a half days (time stops when you do nothing but talk to your aunts and eat, this is my theory). Am trying very hard not to think about tomorrow's dentist appointment on multiple fronts. On the bright side, I seem to be about halfway through a Numb3rs fic too long to be written in a single sitting and am having fun writing, yay!
