iuliamentis for beta, and to qe2 for making appropriate (or occasionally inappropriate) noises at the bits I IMed her as I was writing. I'd been anticipating having to say something about this story not being fluff, but the last thing I wrote had an implied body count in the milions, so comparatively, this is total fluff.
...now I have to go pack.
