csi_flashfic, which is, incidentally, the first story in the first challenge on the shiny new comm!
My story for the First Challenge is First Things First, a spot of Nick/Gil set vaguely in season six.
You should go read it, and then you should joincsi_flashfic, so you can read lots of Firsts in the next two weeks, and/or write your own! The challenge runs until the 17th, so there's still plenty of time! And if you're even a little bit local to me, you should know I have the first five seasons on DVD now, so I am happy to show you some! Or lots! Just say the word!
