Sucks: at work before eight in the morning.
Sucks harder: at work before eight in the morning after less than four hours' sleep.
Sucks even harder than that: at work before eight in the morning after less than four hours' sleep on account of staying up through the first OT of Game 3 of the Wings-Oilers series, including that two-minute period where we thought Jason Williams had scored the game-winning goal, before it was called back, only to go to bed before double OT when the webradio feed quit, then staggering over the computer at 2:30 to find out the Wings lost.
Sucks beyond my current ability to contemplate: all of the above on the day of the nautically-themed Staff Appreciation Gathering taking place just outside my department's work area.
If anyone (who is not a well-rested Oilers fan) has anything happy to say, please, say it.
