strangecobwebs and I were both draggy on the train this morning, in large part because I cruelly kept her locked up in my apartment past her bedtime, making her watch episode after episode of SGA* which is totally not at all her new fandom.

So when a pair of seats opened up, I darted over to try and claim them, only to come face to face with a woman and small child aiming for the same seats, and slunk back to the pole where Strange was standing with a mutter of, "I guess we won't steal seats from small children."

A few stops later, said woman and small child got off the train, and Strange pointed out the empty seats and asked if I wanted to grab them. "Sure," I said, "now that we're not stealing seats from children."

"Well, hey," Strange replied as we sat down. "At least we didn't steal their ZedPM."
