The joys of the slideshow screensaver
Today's deep thought:
Patrick totally swiped that t-shirt from the bottom of Pete's dresser drawer, where it's been for approximately half Pete's lifetime, because Pete could never bring himself to either wear it or throw it away. Patrick is pretending he doesn't recognize the significance of the t-shirt. Pete knows he knows anyway. Pete is looking forward to the part where he gets to take it back off of Patrick, but this thing is for a good cause so they can't exactly skip out early, dammit.
Right?
(Er, for anyone squinting at Patrick's t-shirt in in utter bafflement, it says

which is just north of Chicago and in fact is where my dad went to actual boot camp, lo these forty years ago.)
