no, seriously.
I got cable and (my own!) internet today, and I decided to inaugurate it by watching Countdown, as I got in the habit of doing with my dad during the week I was at my parents' house before moving out here.
I just saw the story regarding the FBI's conviction by fiat of Bruce Ivins in the anthrax attacks seven years ago; Olbermann was skeptical of the case--particularly the motive, which consisted of a vague concatenation of poor mental health and the scientist's concern that his anthrax vaccine program would be ended.
And I thought "I think I saw that Numb3rs episode."
And then I thought, "No, wait, what the fuck, I totally saw that Numb3rs episode."
I really, really resent the way my government makes me feel like a crazy conspiracy theorist.
