It seems on some level like it oughtn't to be so bad--I got started on gin by drinking Tom Collinses, which are basically gin + limeade or lemonade. But I've been persuaded that it's a terrible thing to do to such nice gin, so I'm holding off on the experiment.
It turned out great! The Caps won in OT, forcing a game 7 tomorrow. But up to that point, it was a sort of stressful game, and the Caps took a lot of stupid penalties.
Yeah, and also I find the NHL website incomprehensible; I couldn't find a link for live video. (But if you do know for a fact that it's doable, I might just stay up late to watch. I just had a second cup of coffee, so I might not sleep in any case!)
Yeah, you have to pay/subscribe to get live video on nhl.com, though they do live radio for free. (If you google p2p hockey, though, you may find some people who've put up streaming feeds.)
In any case, the Caps game is tomorrow night, i.e. about 32 hours from now as I post, so don't be staying up all night tonight looking for it. :)
