You know, I'm starting to have this sneaking suspicion that opening the files for three or four stories in two or three different fandoms and shuffling among all of them (alternating forlorn staring at the dangling half-sentence at the end with rereading of my favorite already-written paragraphs) isn't the most efficient way to get any actual writing done.

Well, the thing is that I know pretty exactly what happens next in each of the stories in question. I just can't manage to choose one of them over the others and then actually write anything. *g*

Dude, I am SO totally having a great time. The days are seriously mindblowingly long and it's not even midsummer yet. The other night I stayed up late late late reading, and it was so awesome: I went down to my bedroom at 11 after it got dark and lay in bed, and four hours later it got light again. I don't know if this happens to everyone here, but it gives me huge amounts of energy. I'm sometimes pretty lazy (as you can see by the hours' worth of reading) but when I do get off my ass I feel like I could do anything. It's awesome.

Anything new on the job hunt front?

Well, I've started looking particularly for jobs in Michigan, because the more I think about it the more I would like to NEVER HAVE TO MOVE AGAIN. Ahem. So: nothing's really happened, but I am feeling a bit more focused, I guess. :)
