I don't know the bandom guys, but I'd say you like People Who Are Competent.

For very, very sure. (Bob and Jon both replaced fuckup original band members in their respective bands, and both constituted a significant improvement in talent over their predecessors--even though each had been teching, rather than playing in another band, when they got asked to come in. Also they are both from Chicago. Um. And possibly the same person, idk.)
