The Aral/Jole story is, at present, 27,155 words long. So ... I guess we're going to be in beta (haha, Beta) for a while. BUT I HAVE A COMPLETE DRAFT!

It's not that that story doesn't need to exist. It's not even that, given my current apparent goal of writing ALL the Aral stories, I'm not apt to work my way around to that one, eventually.

It's just that all the people who have spent the last week talking me down off the proverbial ledges associated with writing porn about Aral Vorkosigan really deserve at least the weekend off before I try it again. :)

(When the Betan embassy gives them out to Barrayarans who turn up on the doorstep after dark, the checklist is accompanied by a printed sheet of Frequently Asked Questions and an entire bookdisc of diagrams and explanations.)
