The Downside of Being in Generation Kill Fandom

...I cannot listen to "Tainted Love" (which is, naturally, on my running playlist) without picturing Trombley singing the whoa-oh-oh parts.

If anyone else has a more awesome/embarrassing/awesomely embarrassing side-effect of being in this fandom, PLEASE TELL ME. ESPECIALLY IF IT INVOLVES EIGHTIES MUSIC.

PLEASE I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE.

Generation Kill is the ONLY reason why I find myself humming "Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor". Drowning Pool pretty much only had one hit and it's not a very "hummable" song to that either. People simply stare at you when you find yourself humming that one.

For me the side-effect of being in this fandom is randomly quoting shit. Like, every time I happen to say "It's 10 am" for any reason, I mentally go, "don't you think it's time to change outta your pajamas?" and giggle madly to myself, no matter the context of whatever I'm actually trying to say.
