Current benchmark: Finish Act III by... uh, Jesus, I don't know... August 5? Probably? And Act IV by August 25. Let's go with that, that sounds good.

Past benchmark: Finish Act II/Start Act III by July 20. I did that today, but I also gave blood yesterday, so I will call that close enough.

Days to rough draft deadline: 56

Panic level: Definite disquiet. Have reached extremely wobbly middle bits. Possibly method-writing Nate from my own blood-depleted state of exhaustion, but whatever. ONWARD.
