(no subject)
Walk into work, and immediately encounter my Actual Boss (as opposed to my Vaguely-Supervisory Coworker). VSC is nowhere in sight, not surprising given the weather and her normally hour-long commute and kids and whatnot, and Actual Boss says, "I have an assignment for you today," and I think, wow, that's never happened before! I wonder what I'm doing.
And she says, "You're down in the sorting room, until, oh, well, nine? maybe ten? We don't have any students at all, but I'm sure we'll figure something out..."
So here I am (poor me) in the Sorting Room, reading
ds_flashfiction and whatnot. Poor, poor me.
