vividcon approved, nevermind bought plane tickets, and I kept thinking that it was waaaaaay at the end of the summer when it is, in fact, about six weeks from now. So. Um.

Also, I've just spent most of the day finishing rereadingsam_storyteller aka copperbadge's Cartographer's Craft. It's massive (the .pdf version is 581 pages, including the, you know, poems--no, shut up, they're brilliant!) and takes place post-Half-Blood Prince, and basically I don't even want to read book seven now, because for one thing it will be missing all the sexy bits. And, you know, probably Sirius. It's one of the smartest, best, most breathtaking pieces of fanfic I have ever, ever read. And I really want a t-shirt that says ...
(actually, wouldn't that be a fun t-shirt? It could just say CARTOGRAPHER'S CRAFT SPOILER! Because I am a walking Cartographer's Craft spoiler!) But no, actually I want a t-shirt that says I am the sixth Horcrux, because omg a) That MOMENT, that LINE, and b) it just becomes SO INCREDIBLY DORKY when you put it on a t-shirt. It would be fun to wear at cons! And, uh, probably get me fewer weird looks walking around in public than the PUPPY KILLER shirt. Although maybe not.
