That is excellently meta! Kowalski #67 is from Hawks and Hands, yes? It's been a while since I read it and I've forgotten the numbers. (Note to self: reread now that you're back into hockey.)

I went to see the Nottingham Panthers play in the UK Elite League Playoff Finals a few weeks ago and got to spend a significant portion of the match chanting "We love Kowalski" along with the crowd. It was decidedly surreal!

(The Kowalski in question, Craig, is their goalie.)
