So, hey, I was at VividCon this weekend! I... neglected to post and say I was going, and apparently managed to avoid even people who were at the con noticing I was there for much of the weekend, so ... clearly my stealth skills are top-notch?

That said, I did get to hang out with lots of awesome people and watch lots of excellent vids. I would try to recap or name people or something except my internal monologue looks sort of like:

I HAVE ALL THE NEVILLE FEELS, WHAT NEVILLE STORY CAN I--TONY! KIDDIFIED TONY STARK! LET ME SPEND HALF AN HOUR CONTEMPLATING THE PROCESS BY WHICH HE GETS KIDDI--WAIT HOOKER!STILES--WAIT I'M SUPPOSED TO BE WRITING WOLVES--YAY PIMPING PEOPLE INTO GK--AWWW TONY IN A HOSPITAL BED--OH MY GOD ARYA STARK FEEEEEEELS--I NEED TO WATCH HAVEN--AND JUSTIFIED--OH GOD PAPA STILINSKI IS GOING TO KILL DEREK--NO! WOLVES! NATE AND BRAD AND WOLVES!--PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES--CAKE-FLAVORED VODKA--DEFECTIVE VODKA, WHAT EVEN HAPPENED THERE--COMMUNITY FEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS--OH MAN HOMELAND I NEED TO WATCH HOMELAND--NEVILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLE OH GOD I HAVE TO STOP CRYING ABOUT NEVILLE--TONYYYYYYYYYY--WHY ARE THERE NO SPY GAME VIDS THERE SHOULD BE SPY GAME VIDS--OH MAN IT WOULD BE COOL IF SOMEONE MADE A VID OF TREE OF LIFE THAT MADE IT HAVE A NARRATIVE--I DID FIGURE OUT VIRTUAL DUB, HOW HARD CAN IT BE?--NOOOOOOO WOLVES, I'M WRITING WOLVES....

...so it's going to take a while before I can do anything more focused than scraping off the rest of my manicure and attempting to scroll back to the last place I stopped reading on Tumblr.

PS Not that I am writing or plotting any kind of Teen Wolf fic or anything but is there a generally agreed-upon internal chronology of the first season? Dates? If there isn't one that makes sense, does anybody have a theory? I NEED SOMETHING TO WORK WITH. NOT THAT I AM WORKING ON ANYTHING.

There's at least one specific date that I've spotted already--Allison's text message in 1x07 is dated February 7. So I think that puts all the events of S1 into January/February. There's a timeline here which lines up pretty well with the things I've spotted (including the fact that full moons occur whenever the plot calls for them): http://argentum-ls.livejournal.com/21157.html

I have to admit, now I'm picturing Dylan O'Brien in fishnets.

At least to start with he dresses like Stiles in a few less layers and tighter pants--he's working the I-don't-usually-do-this/reluctant-near-virgin angle.

Ahem. I mean. He would be. If I were writing this. Which I am not.

Stiles is...disturbingly good at being manipulative, so I can totally see him being strategic like that.

If you were writing this - which you're not - I would totally be asking if there are still werewolves in your hooker!fic. Not that I am. At all.

There would definitely still be werewolves. But it would take Stiles a while to notice on account of being busy with his job. Hypothetically.
