So this posting-every-day thing happens EVERY DAY? What is that about?

Today is one of the days I get off work comparatively early, and this morning I was looking forward to this stretch of hours and marveling at all that free time, and then I thought, quite virtuously, that I would definitely take out the trash and do some productive moving-preparation and packing things.

Yeah, so then there was an 85,000-word Teen Wolf porn stars AU (Dating Backwards by RemainNameless, A+ would ride this ride again) which in turn somehow tipped me over into downloading Candy Crush, so ... yeah, not so much with doing useful things around the place.

tw_holidays is coming back! Signups start September 1, and we're almost entirely on the AO3 this year!

Oh my, Candy Crush is SO. ADDICTING. I try to only play it during my commute now because there have been *mumble* night(s) when I've stayed up far too late trying to beat just. one. more. level.

I am very squeeful about kass's story. I have it on my kindle for lunchtime reading tomorrow, and I have the TW holiday challenge in my calendar for sign ups!

Level 17 is the first one that thwarted me to the point of having to wait for my lives to recharge. But I defeated it tonight! \o/

Tomorrow the Real Packing begins! I can do this. I can totally do this. :D

(btw, I realized today I owed a reply re the Thanksgiving-time runs. The one in my hometown has a bit of a crap course, so I tend not to run it, but the ones my friends have done in 'burbs have been fun, they said.)

Oooh, good to know about the one in town. I think there's one in the western suburbs that's closer to where I'll be for Tgiving anyway, I'll have to check that out.

Good luck! If you want me to check out Chicago's with friends who stay in town I can, or if you want me to ask my friends in the Western burbs. (My hometown is west of the burbs -- the 5K is in a forest preserve and it tends to be muddy and incredibly hilly)

Oh, I see! Yeah, I'd probably do the one out in ... Schaumburg, I think? That's pretty close to where I'll be and probably logistically easier than the one downtown.
