iulia in which a boy is sometimes a cat. It was a nice story: (Panic! at the Disco Almost Changed Their Name to) Fuzzy Kitten Cuddle Time.
And lo it is Iulia's birthday again! And I have written another story about a dude being a cat. Sort of. It is less nice. But still fun, if you enjoy the Winter Soldier taking a rare and golden opportunity to let one of his handlers know exactly what he thinks of them.
Also Iulia totally said she would read it, which is essentially the same as asking for it as a birthday gift, right? Right. Happy birthday, Iulia! ♥

Some HYDRA goons (BONUS if it's Rumlow) decide to order the Winter Soldier to act like a cat for trashy fetishy reasons.
Except the Soldier emulates actual cats (after hours of study)--random, selfish, don't-touch-me-unless-I-say-so-and-only-there, picky assholes.)
