(no subject)

Home from the wedding. Still trying to figure out how to sum up the experience, but: they did in fact get married, and nothing went wrong, aside from my hair appointment running late (not my fault! I was there on time!). My cuticles did stop bleeding, mostly, by Friday night. I became a major attraction at the reception due to the (no, seriously) betting pool on the number of bobby pins in my hair, which got up to $24 on one dollar bets from the entire wedding party and most of my maternal relatives. (A fellow bridesmaid won with a guess of 162 - the actual count was 146.)

In the meantime, on a not-at-all-related note, I wrote a thing last week, and finally posted it today. It's called Hate Story and I can honestly say I have no idea what I was thinking.
