Okay, so, it's pearl_o's birthday in my time zone, so hopefully she won't mind my kicking it off a little early....

I wrote you a little story called Sunday's Child. It's NC-17 Frannie/RayK, Fraser/RayK, post-CotW babyfic, and it's around 75k. I don't think there's a kitchen sink in there, but then there's always next year. ;)

(This is the 'oh, nothing' I've been up to every time we talked in the last three weeks. I'm afraid I'm a terribly uncreative secret-keeper.)

One of my favorite recently-ex Red Wings, Brett Hull, was on SNL over the weekend.

Poehler: Brett, you're Canadian -- what do you think of the new gay marriage law passing in Canada?

Hull: Well, that's what happens in Canada when there's no hockey. Guys have more time to hang out, talk about their feelings. Next thing you know, they're in love with each other. I've got nothing against it, but I'd rather be playing hockey.

Poehler: You heard it here first, folks. Brett Hull would rather play hockey than marry a dude!
