IMs you really don't want to get at, say, 11pm on Christmas:
Brother #4: be on the lookout

#4: the flu
Dira: uh-oh.
#4: yeah, mom and I just started upchucking
Now, the fact that I wasn't violently ill myself should have been reassuring. Logically. But is my stomach logical? Nope. Cue sixteen hours of vague queasiness and crappy-feeling-ness. The cure turned out to be instant oatmeal (first actual solid nutrition-containing food of the day) and Excedrin and going back to sleep until I felt better.
So, as of four this afternoon, have finally taken a shower and convinced myself that I really do not have the flu or anything like it. Go team me, eh?
