Fraser: You've been watching it for eight years and now you concede the point?
Ray: I could take it back if it'd make you happy.
Fraser: No, no, by all means.


In other news, today I turned in my resignation. I officially have thirty-six work days left after today, and have formally agreed to have my departure announced in the Newsletter. My officemate wants to take me out drinking, which makes me think amusing thoughts of drunkenly explaining to my coworkers exactly what I've been doing at my desk for the last year and a half.

Charlie: (half to himself) I'm going to have to ask one of the fuzzies about this.
Don: One of who?
Charlie: (startled to be answered) Hm? One of the fuzzies, from the third floor.
Don: Fuzz--do you, uh, know this person well?
Charlie: (baffled) I didn't have anyone in particular in mind, but I'm aware of them professionally. It's the same department.
Don: Professional--how would you be aware of this professionally?
Charlie: Oddly enough, I attend department meetings from time to time, where my colleagues talk about what they're doing.
Don: They talk about that?
Charlie: Well, I admit Fuzzy Logic isn't the most fashionable field, but it's going to--
Don: Oh, fuzzy. Fuzzy logic.
Charlie: What did you think I was talking about?
Don: Nothing, I just didn't know what you meant.
Charlie: No, you said--oh. Uh. No. I don't know anybody on the third floor that well.
Don: Buddy, I really--
Charlie: I mean, fourth floor, of course, everybody knows they're--
Don: (eyebrow) They're?
Charlie: Um. Nevermind.
Don: (enjoying this) They're what, Charlie?
Charlie: Anyway, I, uh, I'm going to have to go get a consult. On this. From one of the fuzzy logic guys.
Don: On the third floor.
Charlie: Third. Yes.
