some things.
Mar. 2nd, 2008 02:28 pm1) I have new icons! Half of them, including kissy-smushy-faced Brendon, are by
aiken_4graphics, and they are all awesome and YAY MORE PANIC ICONS.
2) In the course of a Making My Own Fun weekend, so far I have done a bunch of reading that's not due until Thursday (a book on copyright and fair use, which has left me convinced that fanfic is an awfully long way from any rational concept of copyright infringement, by the standards of the visual arts, which maybe TV shows and movies are, more than texts?) and sorted through a year or more's worth of bills and receipts and now I'm wondering--is there any good reason to keep years' worth of cellphone bills? Five years of credit card statements? I get that I don't want anyone else getting their hands on this stuff, but is there some actual purpose for which I might someday need it?
3) Seriously, is there anything more hilarious than The Cab's "Getting Old"? Is there anything that more perfectly expresses that these are teenaged boys than their earnest song about aging? ♥
4) My LJ is five years old today! It is old enough to tie its own shoes and go to kindergarten! Where it will probably get into a lot of trouble for using inappropriate language and being a little bit fixated on, you know, dudes getting it on with other dudes.
