Title, as is the custom for stories about losing one's virginity through not-really-time-travel (I've only written two, really, but it's starting to feel like a genre) is from "The Stranger Song" by Leonard Cohen.
(Okay but what if somehow 19-year-old Aral Vorkosigan met 25-year-old Arkady Jole, I AM JUST SAYING. Um, not that Aral was a virgin at 19, probably. OKAY ARAL AND ARKADY BEING SIXTEEN TOGETHER SOMEHOW?? MAGIC??)
Anyway. This story is definitely magic and almost entirely not time travel. And, despite the early appearance of Bucky, 100% entirely Sam/Steve!
