Er, have any of y'all ever done any indexing? Because I seem to be on the verge of starting an amateur indexing project (my paper journals - but explodingdog is next, dude, I swear...), and I'm wondering if there's a right way to go about it. Wouldn't want to learn bad habits or anything.
