Spike broke out of the Initiative by beating up the doctors. Obviously he was already chipped at that point, so what gives? Are the doctors not human? Did he not hurt them enough? Nobody at, e.g. BuffyGuide, seems to have noticed - anybody got a fanwank?

And happy half-year to me - today marks six months that I've been in the Due South fandom, by one definition or another. In celebration, I present: Christmas Present, a shmoopy hurty ending for "Good for the Soul," which I watched right before spending 8 hours working under fluorescent lights.
