I changed the wallpaper on my work computer this morning (mainly to remind myself that such a thing is possible) to this bit of PG loveliness from callumkeithrennie.net. Now I keep getting distracted from my work by the insides of his elbows, because. guh.


On a somewhat scarier note, I am facing the possibility of firing "my" student, who's really competent when she's actually here, and hiring a new one. Who I'd train and supervise and be generally responsible for, and I am just a teeny bit terrified of that prospect.
