(no subject)

So. A while ago, I was complaining that my efforts to write Ray kept dredging Eminem lyrics (Nothing, you idiot, Dr. Dre's dead out of my brain. bluster tried to tell me that that was because there was a story there and I didn't believe her.

A couple of weeks ago, among the dusty science books on the fourth floor, I realized what the story was, and today I wrote it.
