If my celery tastes bitter, is that a sign that I'm eating terrifying quantities of pesticides and actually have to wash the celery with soap before it's safe to eat, if ever?

Also, had a dream last night that the NHL and NHLPA had agreed to negotiating terms and were in serious talks. Just remembered when I clicked on the nhl.com bookmark that this wasn't really true, dammit.
