Also, I seem to have begun writing the Numb3rs fic that kills and eats other Numb3rs fics. It lurked in my brain, all quiet and deniable, for five months, and now has sprung forth fully-formed and taken over. Hopefully I will nonetheless manage to pass my classes this semester. That is all.

So Jack is angry at Steven for something which will doubtless turn out not to be Steven's fault, and is shouting about, among other things, keeping him on a leash. After Jack stomps off, Jimmy turns to Steven and says, "You know, sometimes shouting is just a loud way of saying, 'I love you.'"

I AM NOT EVEN MAKING THIS UP.

ETA: So then Jack is yelling at Steven again, and wants to take it to the walk-in, and Steven says, "Oh, the body-cavity search." He turns to Jimmy and says, "Bring the gloves and a quart of extra-virgin olive oil," and JIMMY HAS NEVER LOOKED THAT EXCITED IN HIS LIFE.

And now Jack is covering up sleeping!Jimmy with his coat!
