CA:TWS HYDRA Trash Party Kid Fic: Could Never Prepare You

So ages ago, as I do in every fandom, I started plotting MCU kidfic. I even started writing it! There was Steve, and Sam, and a baby in a HYDRA genetics lab who looked just like Bucky Barnes when he was a year old. His name was Teddy, and I got really attached to him, but the babyfic got out-competed by some other bunnies, so it languished. I had just started looking at it again when a prompt for kidfic hit the hydratrashmeme, and, well, this happened:
