I found it!

The mythical second (first) instance of Don calling Charlie "Chuck!" It's at the end of "Uncertainty Principle," around the dining room table--after Alan says Charlie's the one who forgot the mustard, Don says, "What's up, Chuck?" Which I'm sure was HILARIOUS when he was twelve.

In other news, Don is hot.
